You have 14 days after receiving your order to return your items.

Once your package has been shipped, please allow 5 days for it to arrive at our store (this time may vary depending on the country).

Once received, we will process and refund returned items within 10 days. We will verify that the returned product is the same as the one sent, without having been used or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the destination country:

🇧🇪 • 🇱🇺 • 🇳🇱 Belgium, Luxembourg & the Netherlands: €6.50
🇩🇪 Germany: €8.50
🇦🇹 Austria: €9.00
🇪🇸 Spain: €7.50
🇮🇹 Italy: €8.00

These fees can be paid directly through our returns portal when submitting your return request, or they can be deducted from your refund.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label so you can easily send your parcel back to us.

Is your country not listed above?

Our returns portal does not currently allow us to automatically generate return labels for other countries. You will therefore need to return your order using a carrier of your choice and at your own expense to the following address:

Once your parcel has been shipped, please send us the following information by email:

• Your order number;
• The items you are returning;
• The carrier’s tracking number.

We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

You will be refunded within 10 days of receiving the goods in our store.

The refund will be issued via the payment method you used when placing the order. It will include the price of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).
