Your return requests will of course be taken into account (sometimes with a slight delay), and you will receive your return label within 48 to 72 hours.
However, the actual processing of your return in-store will take place after our return, on Tuesday, August 18th.
Your return
You have 14 days after delivery of your package to request a return.
To access the return interface, click on Request a return below, and enter your postal code and your order number (example: #29900).
1 - Register your return request right here.
2 – Select the item that does not suit you and indicate the associated reason for return , then confirm your return request.
3 – Prepare your package then print and stick the prepaid label on it.
4 - Send your return: Drop off your package at a Chronopost or DPD Pick-up point.
